I choose to run my business, as one client describes it, as an "upscale boutique."I limit the number of transactions I work on to only a few at one time, so I may give my Buyers and Sellers my personal attention! You are guaranteed my prompt, focused, professional attention throughout the entire real estate process—even years after the close of escrow! For example, I am a Notary Public and provide free notary service to my clients forever! My clients will also tell you that if they can't reach me by phone or e-mail immediately, that I usually will return their calls or e-mail within one hour!
My extensive background in marketing, including a Professional Designation in Marketing and Merchandising from UCLA and counseling training through EL Nido Services, distinguishes me from other agents. I design a truly custom marketing plan for each property to reach its specific target audience.
I have earned the prestigious, nationally recognized CRS designation which only 2% of all agents nationwide have earned, the GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. I am working towards my CIPS and E-Pro designations.

For Sellers:My hands-on experience with computers and Internet marketing, dating back to 1980, helps me create targeted Internet marketing which blows out the competition. My listings get three to five times more verified exposure than listings on Realtor.com, the country's most popular real estate web site. My experience with business contracts, multi-lingual and multi-cultural background and superior negotiating skills enable me to sell each of my listings for the highest price and best terms within my Sellers’ time-frame. I also work diligently to protect my clients from possible future legal problems.
For Buyers:I help them prepare for the process ahead of time so they will know what to expect in whatever market situation exits at the time. I set them up on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to receive listing information in REAL TIME which meets their criteria as soon as agents enter a new property (or make a change) in the MLS. We search until we find the perfect property and then negotiate the best possible deal. I work with a number of excellent lending professionals, property inspectors and others to facilitate my clients' transaction.
