Susan Stone, GRI, SRES®, a Broker Associate with White House Properties, has been serving clients in the San Fernando Valley and the Conejo Valley areas since 1988. She has written articles for several publications, including: The Acorn, The Daily News, and Hispanic Times and has taught classes for Bank of America. Susan graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, has a Designation in Marketing from U.C.L.A. and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.  Her formal marketing, computer background and excellent negotiating skills give her clients a unique advantage in today’s difficult economy.

Ninety-five percent (95%) of Susan's business comes from referrals of her satisfied clients and their own repeat business.

Hobbies and Interests: "I have been interested in foreign languages and travel since I was a child. I speak Spanish, French & Portuguese fluently and a little bit of a few others including Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and Hebrew. I also enjoy computers and technology, writing, theater, art, music, reading and learning about new things and ideas. I don't enjoy working out, but I do it. Do enjoy walking! I love my work since it involves so many different areas and creating new paradigms according to the ever-changing market and economy."
